Serving on the board is a great way to give back your time and ideas. If you are interested, it is a good idea to acquaint yourself with the cooperative principles, which are explained on the board page. Board directors need to be hard-working, dedicated, and enthusiastic about the community and natural foods. Ballots and your biographical information go out to members in March. Votes are tallied by May, so that new directors are announced at the annual meeting.
