As a health food Co-op, we strive to help members of our community achieve personal goals of improved nutrition and health. Presented by Rebecca Sathre, yoga teacher from the Abhaya Yoga Center. Have you always wanted to try yoga? Come give it a try. We will work from the ground up with lots of variations. We will spend a lot of time on the breath and linking the breath to movements with a slow conscious pace. The class will include readings, chanting, and meditation as well. Well explore from a slide show in the community room on how we dispose of garbage and protect the environment while doing it. We also look how recycling is separated and baled.
