Tropical Fruit Smoothie
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp coconut extract
- 2 cups vanilla-flavored soy drink
- 4–6 ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut for garnish
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
